Who we are

GR&D began in November 2023

The Creswick Ballroom Dancing community formed the organisation, initially to continue our long commitment to providing dance events and raising money for local charities. Since our very first dance event in 2014, we have raised money for The Creswick Neighbourhood Centre Hall, the local Hospital upgrade, the Pomonal Fire Relief Fund, local Lions Clubs, local primary schools, Ballarat Base Hospital, Central Highlands Rural Health and local wildlife rescue and shelter volunteers.

We are committed to being open and welcoming club, fully supportive of, and run by all our members.

We are motivated to share the health and happiness rewards that come from doing fun, interesting things together.

We hold up to three dance events each year and are planning at least four wine appreciation events per annum.

For the joy of community.
